Once, in an article, I read that "training is the best legacy a human being can have" and that is in the hands of teachers.

The reality is that in colleges, institutes, vocational training centers and universities there are small miracles every day. Difficulties that are overcome, acquisition of new knowledge and training for the future. And this is addressed thanks, mainly, to the great teachers who are prepared to know how to act in front of problems and euphoria and not only know how to face it by their knowledge but also by a way of being that inspires values ​​of overcoming. Hence, every teacher must be up to date with the news, technological advances, the interests of children and be prepared to act at all times. In short, it must be continually recycled through innovative and useful courses for daily educational practice. Only then, the happiness will be achieved in the classroom, reaching an environment of respect, empathy, cooperation, learning and joy.

From my point of view, today in children's education, it is important to take formative training courses, the most essential to me are the courses of evaluation, technology, languages, educational needs and bullying.

Evaluation courses because evaluation has become today an indispensable instrument for piloting the development of educational systems and for assessing the impact of education improvement policies put into practice. It is important to evaluate the student and evaluate the teacher to know the level of individualized learning and to be able to make learning improvements.

Technology and English courses are important because today children are surrounded by technology and language contact devices and it is the key to motivate and engage them in learning.

Courses of educational needs is also important because in all the classrooms there is some child who needs extra help to reach their level of learning and for this the teachers must know how to adapt the activities.

Last, school bullying courses because more and more school failure is due to harassment of students to other students and a teacher should not allow that, must know how to act and stop the physical and psychological attacks in time for everyone to achieve happiness and not get any damage because of this in their future life.

For all this, the best way to get a good educational training teachers is doing good educational practices, i.e., attend to interactive courses, seminars, meetings, ... where they can share information and experiences that can benefit to improve their classes and their way of teaching their students. Internet is available to everyone, but often we need to tell us or show us where we should enter to get innovative and fun resources to ensure that our students like to learn and achieve their goals.

The true teachers believe unconditionally in the students. They are aware that each human being is unique and unrepeatable. Therefore, they encourage attention to diversity and training for them is our obligation.

We have a long way to improve ourselves.
